Should I plan to arrive early to my appointment?

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment.  This will give you time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. Our patients enjoy prompt appointments so that treatments can begin and end on time.

How does MCH Laser and Wellness Center handle special medical needs?

Concerns relating to pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, recent surgeries or medical conditions should be discussed with Dr. Salcedo or one of our trained medical professionals prior to your appointment during your initial consultation process.

What if I am not comfortable with a particular treatment?

If at any time during your treatment or procedure you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure or technique being used, please do not hesitate to advise one of our staff. They will appreciate being able to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Can I bring my children with me to an appointment?

As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that children not be brought to the facility. Children under 18 receiving treatment must have a parent present.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please schedule your appointment at least two weeks in advance when possible. We require a 24-hour notice for date change or cancellation. A service fee will be charged if you cancel after this time period or miss your appointment.

Are gift cards available?

Gift cards are available in various denominations at our office.

What is your return policy?

All sales of skin care products are final. Unopened products may be returned with a receipt for a credit within 30 days.

What is the fee for a consultation?

Initial consultations with our patient coordinator are complimentary. 100% of our physician consultation fees are applied to your treatment or procedure.

Do you offer any financing?

Financing is available through CareCredit®.
