New Beauty Magazine recently compiled a list of the top questions to ask at a medical spa. Take a moment to educate yourself, and learn why MCH Laser & Wellness Center in Odessa, TX provides a superior standard of care.
What’s the difference between non-invasive, minimally invasive and invasive?
Non-invasive typically means there is no recovery period associated with the treatment; for instance, photofacials, microdermabrasion and injectables. Minimally-invasive means there is downtime, but very little of it. For instance, a MicroLaserPeel, would be considered minimally invasive because it poses 2-3 days of downtime. MCH Laser & Wellness Center does not offer invasive procedures, such as facelift or eyelid lift.
Does MCH Laser & Wellness Center have a Medical Director?
Absolutely. To always provide you with a superior standard of care, we have board-certified physician Dr. Eduardo Salcedo as our medical director. Dr. Salcedo has experience treating a wide range of medical conditions as well as focusing on the treatment of skin disorders such as acne, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, skin cancer, moles, benign skin tumors and sun damage of the skin.
Are there any side-effects associated with this treatment?
Some of our medical spa treatments do come with a risk of side effects, though these side effects are typically very mild. For instance, following BOTOX or dermal filler injections, some clients may experience slight bruising or redness. During your free consultation at MCH Laser & Wellness Center, we can discuss your concerns and questions regarding side effects.
